We are a non-smoking facility. There is no smoking allowed in any of our
apartments, lobby, or hallways. We have one apartment designated as pet
friendly. We do not allow any animals in our other apartments. Guests that
are in violation of these rules will be charged a special assessed clean-up
fee in addition to their rent.
